Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, and honey or agave syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
  4. Every 30 minutes, stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals.
  5. Once fully frozen and fluffy, scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
