Ingredients
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 200ml warm water
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150g crème fraîche
- 200g grated cheese (Gruyère or Emmental)
- 100g cooked ham ( diced)
- 100g mushrooms (sliced)
- Herbes de Provence
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Spread a generous layer of crème fraîche over the base.
- Evenly distribute the grated cheese, diced ham, and sliced mushrooms on top.
- Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence and black pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve hot.
